  • Feel free to bring whatever beverages you’d like. All glass containers must be emptied into plastic prior to departure.

  • Once a tour is booked it is non-refundable (no matter what, zero exceptions). If you need to reschedule for any reason, you are able to do so within 48 hours of your tour for a store credit.

    A weather cancellation can only be determined by the company. Weather related cancellations will be determined on the day of the scheduled tour only. If it is raining the tour will still go on as scheduled. If the weather is severe the company will contact you within 2 hours of your tour and provide you with a store credit which you can use to book another tour in the future.
